On June 23rd, Houstonians were shocked and saddened to hear that a mistrial was declared over the guilt of Terry Thompson, who choked John Hernandez to death outside a Denny’s in Crosby with the help of his wife, a former Harris County Sheriff’s deputy.
Nick Cooper caught up with attorney for the Hernandez family Randall Kallinen, while exercising at the Y, and interviewed about the mistrial.
