Prof. Kalifa Touré (Cri de Coeur du Nord Mali, Université des Sciences Sociales et de Gestion de Bamako) and Robin Poulton, (Virginia Friends of Mali, Richmond Sister Cities Commission) describe the 2012 coup dâétat in Mali and the aftermath.
