Dr. Clearwater discusses his newest book, "Just Dummies: Cruise Missile Testing in Canada".
Canada had a plan to round-up people it considered "dissidents" along with their partners and babies and put them in prisons around the country as late as 1984, FOIA documents reveal. After 1984, this operation went classified under CSIS, so there is no way to find out if this continues. The US is definitely still doing it. Dr. Clearwater also discusses cruise missile testing in Canada by the US as well as the current state of classification for documents for both countries.
