Small island nations are among the first but not last habitats facing erasure by climate change. Mia Mottley speaks eloquently to the UN General Assembly every year, calling for a shift in focus to collective wellbeing. Peggy Antrobus, a generation older, has long been a world leader in the women's rights, feminist economy and environment movements. She lives in Barbados and admires Mottley.
