There are 2 versions of this Left Forum 2019 panel on the R4A server:
Version 1. For RADIO PLAY: -24 LUFS (Loudness Units Full Scale), 192 Kbps Mp3. You may want to add an intro etc.
Version 2. For INDIVIDUAL USE (downloading onto a computer or mobile device by the end user): -19 LUFS, 64 Kbps Mp3; a smaller (more compressed), louder file.
