Rocco Galati is a constitutional lawyer who has argued many cases related to right to political protest and resistance. He is currently representing three men facing the threat of deportation under the notorious "security certificates" issued by the Solicitor General and Minister of Immigration. Mahmoud Jaballah is the only person ever cleared from a security certificate; Muhammad Mahjoub has been jailed since June 2000, without charge; and Hassan Almrei has been jailed since 2001.
