Ernestus Jiminy Chald's "Headcheese" gives listeners an auditory glimpse into the peculiar life of Tuddleton, a master head cheese craftsman, and his pet possum carcass, Gooseberry.

"Headcheese" was an Official Selection of the 2017 National Audio Theatre Festival. It has subsequently been broadcast on WPOX FM (Chicago) and Free Radio Santa Cruz.
