In the current political climate and turbulence in international relations, U.S. threats regarding North Korea's newly acquired nuclear and missile capacity could lead to war. Professor Chossudovsky points out that American military plans dating back to the 1940s are aggressive in the extreme, reckless and cynical. Mistaken calculations and accidents are very possible. Important detail: North Korea, unlike the U.S., voted with 122 other nations at the UN for a treaty that would ban nuclear weapons.
