Phil Taylor's comments on the news that the Canadian Labour Congress passed a resolution of solidarity with Palestinian hunger strikers (unreported in the monopoly media); the anti-racist victory in New Orleans where finally the statue of Confederate "President" Jefferson Davis has been taken down, Phil pointed out Davis was given a hero's welcome when he came to Canada in 1867. Finally, why the Taylor Report is in solidarity with Desmond Cole's decision to part company from the Toronto Star to maintain his right to be a journalist/activist.
