Binoy Kampmark recently presented in Winnipeg, Canada at the Geopolitical Economy Research Group Conference on the subject of Terror, Information and State Secrecy. He spoke to the Global Research News hour about his research on October 2, while TPP trade talks have been underway in Atlanta.
