The Montreal Police Brotherhood filed proceeding in August 2008 to stop a coroner's inquiry into the death of Anas Bennis who was shot and killed by officer Yannick Bernier on December 1st 2005 in Montreal. This interview details the history of Anas Bennis' case and talks about the hearing that was set to take place on January 27th to decide whether the coroners inquiry would proceed.
