In today’s episode I read through Russell Kirk’s ten Conservative Principles, commenting on them as I do. You’ll be surprised to learn which ones I agree with and which ones I find woefully misleading or poorly explained (if you’ve been listening to this show for any length of time, you may not be surprised). I then delve into the idea that capitalism as currently structured can protect or nurture families by creating free market solutions to promote family expansion and growth. I argue Capitalism, especially free market Capitalism dismantles families.
