Key note speaker - Timothy V. Johnson, librarian, journalists, scholar and activists. He recently retired from New York University as the Director of the Tamiment Library and Robert F. Wagner Archives, a renowned center for the study of left politics and social protest movements.
He is the editor of the academic journal American Communist History and serves on the editorial board of Science and Society. His scholarship focuses on the history of labor, the civil rights movement, and American communism.

Alderman Jeanette Taylor - a staunch supporter of CPAC and a progressive agenda that includes winning a living wage, taxing the rich, and making Chicago a true Sanctuary City.
Hatem Abudayyeh - the Executive Director of the Arab American Action Network (AAAN). A strong supporter of CPAC and the NO Cop Academy, he has consistently worked to build solidarity between the African American and Arab American communities.
Susan Gzesh - Executive Director of the Pozen Family Center for Human Rights at the University of Chicago, a Senior Lecturer in the College, and a member of the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild. She directs the Center's activities and teaches courses on contemporary issues in human rights.
The No Cop Academy Campaign - organized by community area youth is fighting to make their community safe and help end gun violence by demanding that the $95 million be invested in jobs training, education, after-school programs, and mental health services instead of a new police training facility.
